Letters from the Crone of Heartwood is a small, independent publication. Thank you for being here.

Subscriptions

All subscriptions renew automatically each month unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time through Substack or Ko-fi as applicable.

Physical letters

To receive that month’s letter, your subscription and postal address must be with me by the 15th of the month. Cancel by the 15th and your subscription ends that month. Cancel after the 15th and your final letter will still find you and I’m unable to offer refunds on that month’s physical subscription.

My work

Everything here — the writing, the artwork, the letters — belongs to me. Please don’t reproduce or share it without asking first. Sharing links is always welcome and always appreciated.

This space

I reserve the right to remove comments that don’t honour the spirit of this community, and to end subscriptions that repeatedly cause harm to that spirit.

Your data

Postal addresses are held privately, used only to send your letters, and never shared. You can ask me to delete your details at any time by emailing here letters@croneofheartwood.co.uk
